Where is Fidel?

We were on the Jewel last spring and the haven courtyard butler Fidel was so attentive to my mom that we are still talking about the experience. 
 

I am trying to convince her to take another cruise. 
 

I am aware that contracts change and staff is moved around. However, if anyone has encountered Fidel lately please share. This would really help her to get on a ship again.
