Dining rooms on the Meraviglia

What are the differences amongst the main dining rooms on the Meraviglia?

They all serve the same food. When I was on in April, Waves was the dining room that was open for breakfast and lunch. On right now and it seems Panorama is the one that is open for breakfast and lunch. Panorama is also the dining room with the designated section for Aurea guests doing anytime dining.
