MSC Seaside - Pre departure questions - help wanted!

Thanks for reading... new to MSC and hope you can help answer a few questions...

1. What are the various pool operating hours?  Do they close at a certain time nightly?

2. When do the theme nights get announced?  How do I know what themes to pack for?

3. What are the current nightly show(s) in the main theater?  Are those already published?

4. Do you have any other tips for a first timer?

Are you on a 3,4 or 7 day cruise?  
There is always a white night/party.  That’s about the only one people dress for.

I have done the 3 & 4 nite cruises.  First show is Peter Punk.  Mind the dinosaur.  Second night was a comedian.  Third night show Moondance.  Last night show is Starwalker, Michael Jackson tribute.  
For pool hours first pic is departure day, second day Nassau, third Ocean Cay, the last is the sea day.
