Odyssey in Alaska Now: Hot Enough For You?

Here's a screen capture from the Seabourn Source app four days ago. 

Note the temperature recorded at 7:35PM on the Odyssey, which was en route from Alert Bay, BC to Vancouver.

My guess is that they inadvertently placed the thermometer in the roasted Jidori chicken.
