Refreshment package prices.

Since apparently you cannot buy huge 12 packs of sparkling water anymore, we are relegated to getting refreshment package for our cruise in January. Right now they are 10% off for $33.99 a day, plus gratuity. 
Don’t these packages go down in price, say 30% off, closer to cruise?

I didn't find Black Friday sales to affect the price more than what you will see otherwise.  There are three prices that RCCL has for a drink package and they bounce between the three.  They will more than likely raise the price to the highest right before Black Friday and drop it to the lowest when the sale starts.  The main savings for Black Friday will be shore excursions.
