Dining package question

We are sailing December 9 on the Apex.  We generally pre purchase some type of dining package. After looking at the restaurants, we are most interested in “Dinner on The Edge”. Would this be an option with the dining package?

My guess is no because it is under "Special Dining Experience" rather than "Specialty Dining Restaurant."  Also the list price of $129 per person vs the $45-$65 for those listed under specialty dining restaurant makes me think not.
