Correct, all QN and OA class ships have them fir all sailings May 1, 2025 and beyond.

So what is the current state of these Sky Class Jr Suites on ships not named Icon, Utopia or Spectrum?

 

I see no difference in the listed perks between the Sky and Sea descriptions
