No Move Up offer for us for Jan. cruise--but others have?

It was booked via CAS but we have been offered Move Up on other CAS bookings.

Others on the Roll Call say they were offered Move Up.

But not us--no email, doesn't show up online. It's on the app but nothing happens when I tap it.

We are in an Oceanview on the Prima (it's actually a balcony...not sure why it is categorized OV, but anyway...)

Anyone know why?

Thx for this...odd it says "no availability" when I plug info in...yet ship isn't sold out.

Was offered upgrade. Last year booked spa balcony b9. All spa suites were changed to ba. If i choose to upgrade ioose access to thermal spa. No spa balcony after 2024.

I have a cruise on the Viva mid January.  Received an email for an upgrade offer in September.  Before I got the email, I was not able to view upgrade options through the app, but I can now.

It's so random. A member of our roll cal said they just got an email yesterday.

Still nothing here!
