Wherabouts will Queen Mary dock in Dubai in April 2024

I'm sailing on Queen Mary world voyage next year (2024) and it's visiting Dubai in April.

Some friends are flying to Dubai to meet us and want to book a hotel near the port, does anyone know if there are several berthing options for ships like Queen Mary or somewhere she will be likely to be moored?

Cunard couldn't help me at this stage.

I can't say for sure where QM2 will dock at Dubai next year. But I can provide this link which indicates she docked at the Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal for the first time last year, rather than at Port Rashid where she has docked in the past.

If you follow the link in that article to: https://cruise-arabia.com/2021/05/08/new-dubai-harbour-cruise-terminal/  there is a note that suggests all Carnival ships will call at the new terminal in future.

 

"The new Dubai Harbour Cruise Terminal is part of the new Dubai Harbour waterfront community between Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island. It will be used exclusively by cruise lines belonging to Carnival Corporation, the largest cruise company in the world, which owns nine cruise brands (Costa Cruises, P&O, Princess Cruises, AIDA, Cunard, Seabourn, and Holland America Line are the ones that cruise from Dubai)."
