How do you find travel agent familiar with Oceania?

FWIW I've been using an O "personal consultant"  who I believe does a great job. Once we book it he then transfers to a travel agent that seems to be high on the ladder. And for our next cruise - knock wood - is giving us OBC and gratuities.
