We are in the same situation. We booked a B3 which is now an A2, on Marina. We didn't pay for a concierge cabin and won't get the concierge benefits.

We always book them 365 days out. We call Oceania direct. The website has too many problems in this area.

I have done this 5x and always 60 days from embarkation. Never a problem. -

Book the trip. We just got off of the Riviera last week. She is in great shape, the service and food were excellent.

We have had excursions cancelled in the past and the prices never changed on the remaining ones. -
We paid $89 through Oceania.
