Good Morning from Grand Cayman. This is a tender port.

We had a lovely day in Grand Cayman. We did the Princess tour with an island tour, Turtle Sanctuary & Stringray City.  They split us up into several smaller groups, so we only had 10 on our bus.  We stopped in Hell which is some cool rock formations and a cheesy gift shop & post office.  You can mail a few postcards.  
Next stop was the Tortuga distillery for rum cakes & tastings. Got the shopping out of the way. 
Next was the Grand Cayman Turtle Sanctuary.  They have several turtle viewing pods plus you can stand in a pod with the turtles.  They have a beach, you can get a lounger and snorkel with fish & turtles. They have a smaller section with sharks. They have an avairay & a butterfly walk.  A very nice place & a nice gift shop which you may want to go to first if you have limited time.

Next stop: Stringray City.  
It’s a 20-30 minute boat ride to the reef where the tourists & rays hangout.

The water is clear & about 4 feet deep. The rays just swim by rubbing your ankles. They feel very silky.  The guide will select a ray for you to hold & take pictures & kiss if you want.  
A lovely experience.  
We enjoyed our day very much. I will be back to Grand Cayman.

We enjoyed the pool & beverages for sailway.

Dinner in the Salty Dog Gastro Pub.  Good food but the service was slow. 
Enjoyed my casino time before going to sleep. 
Tomorrow is our last day & sea day. 😞

Last day of cruise.

Sadly, it became overcast and windy.  A little chilly on deck. Not a good trivia day but the prize was a little EFFY jewelry. 
They had the outlet sale in the Da Vinci dining room. Some good bargains to be had if they had what you wanted. They even gave you a 25% coupon. Lots of sales in the shops.  
They had the veterans & military personnel gathering event in the wheelhouse. 
The Voice of the Ocean event & the Farewell Variety show was tonight in the Princess theater & simultaneously showed it in Explorers Lounge. 
The movies were Ford v Ferrari & Maverick on MUTS. 
I highly recommend attending the Hollywood hiccups game show. So fun. 
Ended my cruise with a good night in the casino. 
Sadly, back to reality tomorrow.
