Brooklyn Port embarkation question

Hi.. last time I sailed MSC I had Yacht Club so this wasn't a problem. My friend and I are handicapped..I have a scooter,  she has a walker.  We're getting to the port about 9am. My papers and everything say 1pm check in.. that's just way too late for me.  Will we be turned away to wait ?

Current wisdom is that no one looks at your arrival time.  No one will be getting in at 9am but maybe 10-1030.  There are other threads about this, at least two recently.  EM
