Its probably nothing, and it usually disappears in a matter of hours, or a day or 2 at most. If it does not go away soon, you can call Celebrity and ask them about it. Eleris Posted March 20, 2006 #3 Share Posted March 20, 2006 When I did my online sign in for doc's everything went smoothly but if it isn't working in a day I would call or email them. I did have a problem when I tried to process my final payment, thought maybe they didn't want my money but when I called they took it over the phone with no problem!:D
ChuckL Posted March 20, 2006 #4 Share Posted March 20, 2006 I have seen the message when I have inadvertently had more than one session open at a time. This occurred when I didn't completely close out of Shore Excursion bookings when I attempted to go back to another sign-in. When I cleared completely out of shore excursions, the message disappeared.
rcicruiser Posted March 20, 2006 #5 Share Posted March 20, 2006 That happens if someone is in the booking or just got out of the booking. It usually clears in about 15 minutes.
Ships R Great Posted March 20, 2006 Author #6 Share Posted March 20, 2006 Thanks, all. I was sort of hoping they were in the process of upgrading me to the Penthouse suite. Oh well---sigh.
