How do I add a guest to our table after we have made reservations

We have made reservations for the chefs table and manfredi's and wish to add a guest however it is now greyed out and also unable to cancel and start again to add from the beginning, nay advice would be appreciated.

I would email tellus@vikingcruises.com

 

One thing to do too, is to ensure that your bookings are connected, so if you are on the same excursion when there are multiple busses, you will end up on the same bus.

You ask a customer service rep on the phone, email tellus@vikingcruises.com or, if all else fails, go to each restaurant on the day you board and make the addition.  We have done it on board but had to change our dinner time.
