Booking online- transfer, hold a cabin, PVP?

When I want to know the price of a whole cruise online, I go all the way to pay.

 

Before I was able to see and get a price -  

find a cruise

choose an itinerary 

number of passengers 

Choose a location 

pick a cabin

passenger information 

transfer

Princess Vacation Protection (PVP)

Put on hold, deposit or pay in full

 

Now I don’t see where you can get the price for transfer, PVP or put a cabin on hold.

 

Do you have to call in to get the information?

I think some others have posted about this recently too. You can add transfers after the booking is complete. I think they took away the hold feature a few months ago as well. Too bad, I liked to use it and then have my CVP complete to get their credit. If memory serves they took away the hold feature not long after announcing record bookings for next year. Maybe they feel they don't need it now with high demand?

Yep those things all disappeared recently.
