Port of Miami -- Walking Between Terminals

Is this possible?  Going B2B on MSC Seascape and NCL Joy. Looks like Terminal AA and Terminal B respectively

Seascape is leaving from AA?  We left from C last weekend which, unsurprisingly, is next to B (the Norwegian terminal).  The dedicated MSC terminal is still under construction.  See the official map:

Ah ok.  Looks like you walk through a garage and you're there assuming pedestrian egress.

There is a sidewalk down the entire terminal side of the street which, for some reason, doesn’t show upon the map.
