Window cleaning construction on Connie

Does anybody know where the construction they use for cleaning the windows is located on Connie? In some pictures of the ship i see it's located at cabins 8048/8050, in others it's more towards the middle of the ship.

 

Is the construction always in one place (when they're not using it)? Just wanted to know, so that we don't have the deception of an obstructed view in some sort...

Yeah

There's no rhyme or reason where it is stationed, most times aft.
