What is Chic Night?

Hi, What is chic night and what all does it entail? I know lobster is served in the mdr 1 or 2 nights.  Anything else of real importance? Do we need to bring anything extra for these nights?  We are on a 11 night panama canal/ABC island cruise in march.

Lobster one evening. Typically the second to the last evening. You can make the evening or any evening as special as you want. Nothing extra required. Here's the the "suggested" dress guidelines for the MDR any evening.

Chic night is the sad, forlorn,  remnant of what was once called formal night. The MDR will have something special on the menu, which would include lobster on one of the chic nights. Dress up as much or as little as you wish- the guidelines are on the website. There's nothing else of significance.
