Bellingham (BLI) to Vancouver Cruise Port

During the cruise season, what transfers are available between Bellingham airport and the Vancouver cruise port at Canada Place?  I would prefer to fly into Bellingham that either YYR or SEA.

We took the Amtrak train from Bellingham to Vancouver BC this fall. Enjoyable ride. We had the evening train and would recommend upgrading to business class if available. Train arrived in Vancouver around 11pm. Train cars were unloaded one at a time beginning with business class. Got off the train and retrieved luggage quickly and moved quickly thru customs

Isn't there also a ferry?  We had friends do it with their motorcycles few years ago

No.  There is a ferry to Vancouver Island from Anacortes which is somewhat close to Bellingham.  The Alaska Marine Highway leaves from Bellingham but does not stop in Vancouver or on Vancouver island
