SPacificbound Posted January 13 #1 Share Posted January 13 I booked a cruise with NCL for the first time a while back, it is in January 2024. I need to move the cruise to another month, does NCL work with the customer, or do I just lose the deposit and start over? TIA
IAcruising Posted January 13 #2 Share Posted January 13 You mean in the next 19-days? I would guess your chances are only slightly above zero. Never hurts to try, I guess.
MCMC100 Posted January 13 #3 Share Posted January 13 January 2024?….as in next week or two? Or is this a typo and you meant January 2025? January 2025 is no problem to fix; next week may be a little problematic.

Port taxes are refunded along with anything you purchased. You can file an insurance claim for the lost fare, if it is for a covered reason. if you purchased NCL insurance, you can get a 75% FCC for any denied insurance claims.
