Carnival's "Double the Fun w/ Two in One" Dominica Excursion?

Has anyone done this? We are pretty certain we're going to book with the ship, and I like the idea of being able to pick two excursions, but when I go to book w/ Carnival's site, there's no indication of how or when you choose what two excursions you want to do.

 

Has anyone done this? What are the options available? We really want to do river tubing for one of the options, but I'm wondering what our other options would be...

I do appreciate the link, but I really think we're going to book through the ship.

 

I know, I know. It's more crowded/expensive. But, it's worth my sanity. I'm too anal to book independently yet... This is only my second cruise and I'm still a N00B!
