Worth noting... there is a "cooling off" period in place after someone goes into a cabin during which it won't enter you into the draw no matter how many times you open the door. The length of the period can vary and they don't publish it so you cannot manipulate when you are entered into  the draw.

 

Also, it is only active when the casino is open and so not when in port. That really cuts down when you into the draw.

 

So most times you open the door you are not going to be in the draw to win.
