Deck 8 & Laundry question

Our booked room is on Deck 8 of Explorer 1? Are there any noise issues on this deck?

There is a self-service laundry, but can someone post the laundry prices if they are traveling on Explora 1?

Btw there are 2 self service launderettes, one on D9 and one on D10. Both have two washers two dryers and detergent. We have found them fine. No need to pay for laundry

Electrolux for EU market.  Washer below dryer.  Watched people loading opposite.  Nice equipment in a very small space.

 

Eco friendly dry cleaning means you do not send fine wool apparel to the laundry.   Same as on any other ship we travel today.    Ask your local dry cleaner what eco friendly means.  More are going with this method.

Laundrettes are free, clean and easy to use.  However, choose your moment carefully as often busy 🙂

I know this is somewhat off topic, but is anyone able to advise if the laundry offers a bag wash service and if so what is the cost? I noticed in an earlier post someone shared a photo of the services offered but it seemed to be all single item pricing.

It’s per item laundry if you send it out 

 

Although in certain categories, including Grand Ocean Terrace, you get 1 bag of laundry free in the early stages of the cruise - so we packed that one pretty tight! After that it was off to the self service laundry
