You're correct in this, when the sofa bed it out, there is minimal space to walk between the two.   If you're on the opposite side of the bed it's very hard to get around.  

 

Pretty yes,  efficient,  not at all.  Can't recommend the JS

Im not sure how the design department, actually passed it off as safe or even functional . And no walk  in closet either. Mind boggling really.

 

 

So I won't say it's unsafe,  didn't have those concerns at all.   

 

If I were in there as a couple it would be totally fine, as four it's just too tight walking around. 

 

As for the closets, don't worry.  There's a TON of storage, and space.  I don't see any concerns there.  

 

Bathroom is gorgeous

 

There's just a lack of square footage, and too small a space to walk in with the couch folded down.
