Dublin and Belfast

We are going on this cruise in June and have a couple of decisions to make about our excursions.

1. Belfast - Has anyone been on the A Day in Saint Patrick's County? How was it?

2. Dublin - We are debating whether or not to do the Historical Dublin and Book of Kells tour. It is a walking tour and says it is demanding. I've read what demanding means, but it have no idea how it applies to this tour. Has anyone been on it? How strenuous was it? My husband and I have occasional knee flare-ups and are concerned that it would be too hard for us. Are there any breaks or rests?

Any help on these topics would be greatly appreciated!

Belfast—Tours by Locals—with Frank (Francis H.). Historical and Political tour of Belfast in his Mercedes van.  He will pick you up at the port.  Excellent tour.  You will see parts of Belfast you will not see with Viking (we took the later Viking tour and it was hohum compared to Frank’s.  My 23 year old nephew was blown away.
