Can't seem the information about the times when the ship arrives and departs from each port if anyone could advise for this cruise in the West Indies.

The scheduled arrival and departure times are on your invoice, a few pages in. If you don’t have the invoice you can request another via MVJ. Click the 3 bars on top left, scroll down to Account and select request invoice. ( I’ve heard this might not work if you use a TA. In that case, have them request the invoice.)

Be aware however that these are not necessarily the final times.  Weather and other elements can delay arrival, or hasten departure.

 

These are a good way to start the booking process of independent tours from operators other than Viking, but ensure that you have good cancelation options.

 

We have had ports cancelled at the last minute due to weather, and some tour operators that are used to working with Cruise Ships do allow last minute cancellations if the ship does not dock.
