Refrigerators on Zuiderdam?

We are in a cat VB (regular balcony room) on the Zuiderdam. Will there be a refrigerator in our room?

I believe the are in all rooms on the Zuiderdam. There always was in a VC category.

I don't believe in the bottom insides. I already checked and we will not have one. We can have one put in your room for a slight fee.

I didn't realize inside cabins did not have these. You WILL have one in a VB. It will be fully stocked as a for-fee mini bar. If you ask your cabin steward will have someone from the beverage department come and empty it out for you so you can put what you like in it. One thing to know is that they won't quickly cool down things that are warm. they are designed to KEEP things cold, not GET them cold.

 

On the last day your items will be removed and the refridgerator re-stocked and locked. Your steward will ice down anything that you had in their (within reason).

You can rent a refrig. for $2 a day, as I did on the Volendam.

We were on the Zuiderdam last May, inside cabin, and did have a refrigerator. We asked to have all contents emptied, and found out that they emptied it into the "stool" that was by the desk which had a removable top.
