dan4182 Posted February 15 #1 Share Posted February 15 DW and I are on the current sailing of the Jubilee (2/10-17)£. In past sailings you could pull into the terminal and there would be porters/carts scattered throughot the Terminal from the SE end all the way up to the main luggage drop off area, not so for this sailing. You must schlep you bags from wherever you park up to very near where the main drop off doors are before you encounter the first porters, park as close to the main doors as possible. BallFour4 Posted February 17 #2 Share Posted February 17 Not sure why, but that's an anomaly. We've cruised from here a couple of dozen times since 2002 and they are everywhere. This morning they are everywhere.
Cuckoo7 Posted February 18 #3 Share Posted February 18 They stop at a certain time (don't know exactly). If you are relatively late getting there, you have to DIY.
Rare dna1990 Posted February 19 #4 Share Posted February 19 2/10/24 was "off" for some reason. Terminal 28 (CCL Dream) was also abit chaotic starting early (just before 9). We did grab one porter meeting us at parking shuttle drop-off, but overall they were not in high numbers. Many pax seem to arrive outside the terminal well before their check-in time and little organization as to where folks should be lining up to wait. Not sure how much Mardis Gras was an impact, but once inside the terminal - all was well run again.
