Nops Posted February 18 #1 Share Posted February 18 My link to the Voyage Journal/Tracker webpage (https://www.seabourn.com/en/gb/experience/voyage-tracker) now only leads to the booking portal. It used to be able link to the day by day diaries of Seabourn onboard staff. These were very useful in deciding future cruise bookings, for instance if I wanted an in-depth knowledge of the Svalbard. experience there was a detailed diary. Can anybody help me navigate to these pages? As an aside I received an email from SB giving details of the new improved website, I duly navigated to it and received an outdated maintenance warming!!!!!

topkatz Posted February 18 #3 Share Posted February 18 It's not particularly intuitive... Once you get to the page with the world map, click on the four parallel lines (hamburger) on the upper left of the page. Select the ship, date and voyage from there. Don't try to click on the ship name on the map. HTH

It might help if you cleared your browser's cookies/cache and try it again.
Sucellos Posted February 19 #9 Share Posted February 19 For me using this link instead fixed it and gave me access to the menu/three horisontal lines in the upper left corner: https://www.seabourn.com/en/eu/experience/voyagetracker/index.html But this being Seabourn IT your mileage may vary 1

Nops Posted February 20 Author #11 Share Posted February 20 Thanks to everybody, it now works for me. I do find it strange that Seabourn buries useful resources in the weeds of their website.
