Diving recs for Coz, Belize, Ro

We're on the Silversea Nova cruise hoping to dive at Coz (Punta Langoste) 3/17 7:00-19:00; Belize 3/18 10:00-19:00; Roatan 3/19 7:00-18:00.  I've seen the following recommendations on this forum: 

 

1.  Coz--humarine; Salty Endeavors; Scuba Luis; Dive Paradise;

2.  Belize--SeaSports

3.  Roatan--West End; ProDive; Anthony's

 

If anyone has any thoughts on whether these recs are still valid (or others we should consider), would appreciate the input.

For Cozumel, Humarine is best if you're a serious Diver.  Salty Endeavors is quite good as well.  Dive Paradise has the advantage that they're known to run a later boat, but since you're arriving at 7:00, you don't need that.  They run larger boats,a nd don't go to the better sites far south. 

 

I don't have anything better for either Roatan or Belize.

Just be aware that Anthony's Key is what the cruise ships use in Roatan so they may may sell out.
