Casino free cruise certificates and freeplay

I’m currently on a cruise now which finishes tomorrow and i should have enough points for a certificate but haven’t received it yet. I don’t want to go to the next cruise place without it, but does know if it pay the $200 in the app for a next cruise deposit, can I call club royale and book my free cruise through them and have the free play awarded that way?

Yes, I did the same thing last December 2023… booked next cruise on the app and called club royal.

Thanks, i eventually got the certificate but i think next cruise was closed so have just booked in the app.
