Thanks, i eventually got the certificate but i think next cruise was closed so have just booked in the app.

I’m currently on a cruise now which finishes tomorrow and i should have enough points for a certificate but haven’t received it yet. I don’t want to go to the next cruise place without it, but does know if it pay the $200 in the app for a next cruise deposit, can I call club royale and book my free cruise through them and have the free play awarded that way?

The bar in the Windjammer on Ovation & Quantum was open for breakfast on departure day in Australia a few months ago, and I had no problems using my Diamond Vouchers then, I think one of the bars by the pools was also open and I used one or two there as well.

Also you might want to check about the Expiry Date as they usually expire 30 days after the cruise, if you hover your cursor over where it says Instant Rewards Certificate, it might come up with 'Expires within 30 days from issuance', at least it does for mine.
