Specialty Dining for lunch on Refection?

Cruising on Celebrity for the first time, been on many cruises mostly with Royal.  We will be on a 4 night in June on Reflection.
On Royal, we often book a lunch or 2 at the specialty restaurants via the planner before the trip.  I don't see that option in the planner for this trip.

Are the specialty restaurants open for lunch on this ship? Can I make a reservation once on board?

Usually open for lunch on sea days. If you’re not seeing it available to pre pay, it might be sold out. X only takes a limited number of reservations prior to the cruise and then allows walk ins onboard.

The Porch and Sushi on Five are usually available for lunch.  No need for a reservation, you can usually do a walk-in or talk to Maître d' the day before if you're worried there won't be space available.
