We enjoyed a Mediterranean cruise on the Splendor last Spring.  The Bolognese on the buffet was fabulous.  Does anyone have the recipe for that? Thanks.

I must say I enjoy their bolognese as well.    I have asked for recipes several times in the past. Sometimes I get them with just a simple request to the maitre ‘d, sometimes they dont respond and I’ve asked a couple of times.  If I’ve asked twice and don’t get I assume they don’t want to give it out.  Once I asked for a recipe and the chef came to the table and apologized that their recipe was for servings for large numbers and couldn’t really be scaled down for 5-6 servings, which I completely understood.   Best is to ask while you are on the ship, sometimes you get it and sometimes not.
