Kagoshima by private tour

We are a family of 8 adults cruising on Celebrity Millennium at the end of August.   We have about 9 hours in the port of Kagoshima.

 

We would like to hire an English speaking private guide and transport, such as a mini bus, to show us the highlights of the area for approximately 4-5 hours.

 

Has anyone done this?   Can you recommend who we should contact?

I'm pretty sure if you go on the Tours by Locals website you will find what you are looking for for each of the cities you list in the Asia board..  Here's an example for Kagoshima.
