I love their lemon tarts! Cafe al bacio has the best desserts!

Yes it was all very good. The rum ball from the buffet was not. Might start giving those desserts a pass because the al bacio desserts are consistently delicious 😋

I think I may try for a nap 😴

Those chocolate tortes are my diet downfall every time!

The rum balls at the buffet on the Equinox were good.  There were not available on the Silhouette.  I suggested that those should be made available at Al Baccio, but I was told it was a different pastry chef there so they were not on their list.

So you picked up that rum ball upstairs and brought it down to Al Baccio to keep the other two desserts company on the plate ?

Good morning from Grand Cayman.

I'm not sure how the tender process is going, I have priority but my mom does  not so we may have some time before we can go ashore.

If you are both in same cabin would she not get it automatically?

Yes, brought them down to enjoy. Didn't care for it but I'm sure it varies ship to ship. Interesting that they use a different pastry chef at al bacio.

Server blind spot is not good…😂

No, I may have to walk to the bar 😆.

Someone just sat two tables down from me, maybe that's enough people to get noticed now 🤔 😅

Not sure if it's because I was in the sun, but it was too hot to be enjoyable to sit in there.

Moved on, filled the mobile bar, which didn't take much since it was almost still full.

Trying to find some music.

That was instrumental swing music, gave that a pass.

It's a bit too warm outside so I left but came back, the breeze is nice. I don't recognize any of the songs though, and I know a pretty wide range of music.

Now it's something in Spanish. I'm gonna move on.

Don't have high hopes for this, but let's check it out.

I assume the menus are standardised across the fleet, or at least the US part of it?

Also could you print the wine menu, or the cheap end of it, if it is very long? Many thanks.

Drinks up to $10 included in the basic package included in most bookings. Pay the difference over 10. Drinks up to $17 covered in premium.  Pay the difference over 17.
