The Seashore opened the smoking casino on the transatlantic cruise from Italy to Miami in October / November. The main casino has been non-smoking since then.

Love the walled off casino smoking areas, much more present. Went on MSC World Europa in the Med in November, man, SO much smoke. Everyone was smoking on their balconies, much more loosey goosey over there.

The main casino is smoke-free.  They have a small enclosed area off the sports bar with some slot machines where you can smoke and gamble.
