Damages on the Star

Since everyone is always so quick to sue the cruiselines for every problem or inconvenience does this mean if they can pinpoint the fire onboard the Star to human error i.e. cigarette, coffee pot, iron or any other unsafe device in the cabin will Princess sue the passengers at fault for damages? If a guest damaged my home like that I certainly would be calling my lawyer....:eek:
