Uniworld transfer Frankfurt International

We have a summer cruise with Uniworld meaning we will fly into and out of FRA. We are arriving a day early (late afternoon) and will stay at one of the airport hotels the evening before embarkation.  We hope to be able to arrange to meet the transfer service at the airport on embarkation day by meeting up with them at the transfer meeting point. Has anyone done this in the past? Also, if you have used the Uniworld transfer at FRA, where did you meet the agent?

Not recently (2016) and not at FRA but we had no issue arranging to meet the Uniworld transfer at Charles de Gaulle.  I think my TA handled the contact with Uniworld.  They told us the name and contact number of the driver, where (a specific area outside of customs) to meet, and the time.  It worked like a charm,  There were even chairs to sit on while waiting for the small group (less than a dozen including us) arrived on a few different flights.
