Website tips?

Hi, I am trying to use the HAL website (in Australia) but on both my iPhone and iPad I can’t get past the page where you select cabin type. Are others having this problem?

Which browser are you using? I'm also in Australia.  No problem with Firefox on Android tablet

 

ETA: Also working OK on Chrome.

Thanks for response, I have tried Safari and Chrome on iPad and only Safari on IPhone. I will try and download Firefox.

In the US I have issues using the website on my iPad. 
personally I think Holland needs to do better - I an not impressed with them so far

Lately I’ve had no problems with the website on my new Ipad just using Safari. In fact it’s working much better than before. It was very clunky on my old IPad though. I have had to “whitelisted” the website with my content blocker and enable pop ups.

On my iPad it only works in landscape. In portrait mode you can't get off the cabin selection page

I've had pretty good luck over the past several years by doing a re-boot of the computer just before trying HAL, then using Chrome rather than my usual Safari. In addition to being time-consuming and annoying, that sort of thing should not be necessary. But--in my experience, anyway--it usually works.
