The cruise line claims that for legal reasons this can only be done by the agent you booked with. I booked with FlightCentre who issued me with a booking confirmation. But that's all. maidstone_cruiser Posted March 26 #2 Share Posted March 26 Their customer service is shocking! They really have no clue unfortunately. Did you get a Celestyal booking reference? If so you can login via their website and see all the details as if you had booked with them direct. I hope you enjoy your cruise.
