The surcharge for the beef filet at Le Bistro is for the foie gras which I hate.

It’s ok. The foie gras is about the size of a quarter these days. I actually didn’t even realize what it was a cpl cruises ago since it was so small.
The filet is still fantastic though.

IMHO, liver is a waste of good cat food.

My grandpa would have said that cat food is a waste of good liver. I did not agree with him.

NCL....No Complimentary Lobster.

If important to you, try Princess, Carnival or Royal. They all serve up decent, not outstanding, lobster for FREE.

I usually cruise Princess but trying NCL because of the itinerary.

You can have a vile lobster sauce with ravioli every night in the main dining room. It's on the appetizer section - I believe it's one of the appetizers that does not rotate, so is available always.

I made the mistake of trying that. I'm from the Northeast and we do go to Maine and we get whole live lobsters in the summer for like $10 a lb.

If that sauce has any lobster in it, it must be the green stuff from inside the body.
