Clarion Inn and Suites downtown Miami

I was curious if anyone had ever stayed at the Clarion Inn and Suites on SE 4th street in downtown Miami? I have it booked for the night before my cruise and was wondering if it was in decent shape or in a good location for someone walking or taking a cab to both the port in the morning and Bayside Marketplace the day of arrival. The pics I saw of it seemed to be pretty decent but then again they could be yrs old. Thanks for any help!
