Has anyone ever done the Bahamian cooking class in Nassau?

It's through Carnival. I booked it yesterday. I'm excited. It has good reviews.

I was wondering the same thing.  I did Mr Tabasco in Cozumel and we had a BLAST!!  Please come back afterwards and review it for us!

Saw this on our excursion list for Nassau, looked interesting and something different.  Reviews so far are encouraging.  We had done something similar in San Juan a couple years back and had a blast, of course there were drinks and salsa dance lessons included in that one.

I really want to do this, but the reviews are all for making conch stew and grits.  I'm not a seafood person, so really wish they had another lesson option.  It looks like so much fun!
