New to MSC - Disembarkation question - Cruise Sinfonia

Hello,

My husband and I decided to try traveling on a Mediterranean cruise while taking advantage of our trip to Europe. We would really like to know how the disembarkation process works once we return to Brindisi, since our itinerary says that we arrive at the port at 4:00 p.m. and we have a flight scheduled to Milan at 6:30 p.m. Therefore we would like to know if we are going to have enough time to disembark and go to the airport or if we have to change our flight?

On the other hand, we would like to know how the consumption of drinks works on the boat? We have been reading that you even have to buy water, is that true?

Thank you in advance for your help.

We need to know where you are from to give you accurate answers.  It is reported here that for US and UK guests you get a free water package, since drinking water with meals is customary for us.  Folks on the MSC board here can advise you more.
