Millenium Cabins 6145 and 6146

Could anyone who has been in one of these sky suites please confirm whether the balconies are completely uncovered or otherwise. Thanks.

I did not stay in one but was in a Royal Suite near them. Originally they were open but were later covered for privacy reasons. From the upper decks they could look down into decks. Half of the Deck is a metal deck above other half is Canvas covered.

I have stayed in 6146. It is my favorite sky suite. The deck is teak and very large, It is mostly covered by canvas. It also has a large table, two chairs and two lounge chairs (all teak). It does NOT have a sliding glass door, but has a regualr door. The interior is quite different from sky suites. It has a foyer and a HUGE bathroom with seperate stall shower, double sinks and tub.

 

The negatives are it has limited closet space and the connecting door to the Penthouse, which can be noisey. I usually put a towel under the door and it is fine. The limited closet space is OK for me, but might not be for others.

 

Positives far outway the negatives. Michael

Thanks, Michael. There was some differing comments as to whether this cabin on the Millenium was completely open to above.
