Celebrity credit card question

I think this has been previously posted but I can't find it.  We are leaving on a cruise in a week and I can't seem to be able to cash in my points from the Celebrity credit card.  I tried last week , then again today and it keeps saying the cash out must be at least 7 days prior to cruise.  Can anyone please help me with this problem?  Thanks so much.
