The Boss Under Water Scooter

Has anyone done The Boss Under Water Scooters?  We have snorkeled before but nothing like this.  We are on the Sapphire Princess in November.  The cruise lines only offer this in St. Thomas.  I've not had luck finding them independently in other ports.

The 2017 hurricanes interrupted their tours, but they were very popular before that. The storm disturbed many underwater sites that had to be cleaned up before they could safely operate again. 

 

If you can find out what underwater site(s) they go to now, and what you can expect to see.

 

They may operate under a different name on other islands so try search for underwater scooters.

We did it in St. Thomas this past February while we were on the NCL Encore.

 

It was a lot of fun and it is something we definitely would do again.     My husband and I were a tad nervous beforehand, but it was very easy to do and enjoyed every minute of it.    

 

We were broken up into three groups and when your group was not on the scooter, you were allowed to go in the water to swim, hang out and/or snorkel which we did.

 

The only negative we had was that there was a lot of direction which was given while we were standing out on the deck directly in the sun.   It got very hot very fast and we felt like the direction would never end.
