FCC for guest without RCI account

I was on the recently cancelled radiance of the seas Alaska cruise. They have issued me with FCC but my wife who doesn’t have a Royal Caribbean account is not listed. How does she get her FCC if they don’t have an email address registered with them? Or should she just sign up and call up to have it applied after the fact?
